The Companies
Two Companies, One Complete Supply Chain
Criansa Engineering S.r.l. and Criansa Team S.r.l. are affiliated companies controlled by CPN Holding S.r.l. Together they cover the entire lifecycle of a renewable plant, from the first site inspection to commissioning.
The heart of Criansa Engineering: from site origination to obtaining the main authorization. This is the phase that gives rise to the entire supply chain. The market recognizes them as a top-tier developer with over 1,460 MW in pipeline, of which 500 MW are already authorized.

Without Phase 1, Phase 2 would not exist. Once the main authorization is obtained, Criansa Engineering manages multi-disciplinary executive design and all secondary permits to make the plant construction-ready. This phase is the natural evolution of the developer role.
